The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 98(HES) am "An Act relating to contracts for the provision of state public assistance to certain recipients in the state; providing for regional public assistance plans and programs in the state; relating to grants for Alaska Native family assistance programs; relating to 2000-04-10 House Journal Page 2986 HB 98 assignment of child support by Alaska Native family assistance recipients; to paternity determinations and genetic testing involving recipients of assistance under Alaska Native family assistance programs; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 98(HES) am pass the House?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 98(HES) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
